Best Breakup Cures

Hi all!
So I was just thinking today and decided I'd be a little cliché and tell you what I think the best breakup cures are. Breakups can be messy as we all know and sometimes these remedies aren't necessarily 'cures' but they can make you feel better and ease the ache.

1. Quotes: Sometimes going on tumblr and scrolling through some relatable, depressing breakup quotes can help. It helps you to realise that you aren't the only one going through this and there's more people for you to meet and there'll be other people after the person you are getting over. I think they can also help you see things from different perspectives and get a clearer view on things when your own heads too jumbled to comprehend everything just yet.








2. Music: Again. Listening to things throughout other peoples perspectives and relating to the songs can really help. Having a cry to your favourite Taylor Swift song while eating some Ben and Jerrys can really help

3. Busying yourself: I find that if I engulf myself in a heap load of work or other activities/people it gives myself less time to think about them and to get on with life and move on.

4. Talking to someone who understands: Sometimes those midnight phone calls with your best friend where she tells you he was a douchebag in the first place and you deserve better is all you really need.  Friends and family are usually there to rely on especially in situations like these

5. Chick flicks and Comfort food: Soppy chick flicks, popcorn, icecream, chocolate always make you feel a little better for the time being. Forget about the calories and grab all the comfort food you can find!


I hope some of these might help you in a break up situation. Or maybe they didn't help at all! Either way I hope you enjoyed. It's 11:40 on a Tuesday night and I should probably got to bed soon....Or I could just stay up all night on tumblr..... <3
